The Greatest Silence

it's not that anybody would not feel for the victims it's that its always going on it never stops.a real permanent answer needs to be found,like birth control,education and real hope,but every 5 years this country is torn apart and the world is asked to help,the country's of sub-saharan africa already account for more then 60% of the u.n.'s relief effort's.people just grow tired of that same plea for help that alway's plays on your sense of good.. so consider me shrugging this off until a honest and decent answer is found..
